1. About CreditDesk

CreditDesk is a Malaysian mortgage intelligence platform. It provides free home loan eligibility tools for buyers (BuyerPass), free property valuation tools for owners (OwnerPass), and a professional practice management platform for licensed mortgage consultants (DeskPro).

2. Eligibility & Results Are Indicative Only

BuyerPass generates indicative loan eligibility estimates based on the information you provide and bank policy data. These results:

• Are not a loan approval, commitment, or guarantee by any bank
• Are not financial advice
• May differ from actual bank assessments which include CCRIS, CTOS, and internal criteria
• Are based on the accuracy of the information you submit

CreditDesk is not a licensed financial adviser or credit institution. For formal financial advice, consult a licensed professional.

3. Property Valuations Are Estimates Only

OwnerPass valuation estimates are generated algorithmically using available market data and per-square-foot comparisons. They are not formal valuations, do not constitute professional valuation reports, and should not be used for legal, financial, or official purposes without a certified valuer's report.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You must not use CreditDesk for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Mortgage consultants are responsible for the client data they enter and must comply with all applicable regulations

5. Consultant Accounts

DeskPro accounts are provided to licensed mortgage consultants and agencies on an invite-only basis. By using DeskPro, you confirm that you are a licensed practitioner operating within the laws of Malaysia. CreditDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on CreditDesk are owned by or licensed to CreditDesk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Bank policy data used in DSR calculations is compiled from publicly available sources and is not affiliated with any bank.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, CreditDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools, including reliance on eligibility results, valuation estimates, or consultant recommendations. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of CreditDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of CreditDesk after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
